"Helping nonprofits be sustainable is at the heart of everything I do. Now more than ever, we must support all beings in living sustainable, rich, joyful lives. Based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, I raise funds for organizations both nationally and internationally. I work side by side with nonprofit leaders to build capacity through thoughtful strategy, fundraising events, grant writing, and long-term development planning."

Background

Before founding Irene Webb Development, I worked as a producer and agent in film and television in Los Angeles, and prior to that as a publishing executive in New York. I spent many years raising significant funds for a wide range of authors, writers, film companies and projects. That experience shaped how I work with storytelling, relationship-building, and strategy—skills I have brought to the nonprofit community in New Mexico, California and beyond.

Passion

Irene is an avid horsewoman and spends a lot of time outdoors while enjoying the diverse beauty, art and culture of Santa Fe. Her passion for opera brought her to Santa Fe many years ago to experience the unique and awe-inspiring Santa Fe Opera. She facilitates training workshops for the Alternatives to Violence Project (AVP) of New Mexico in New Mexico prisons.
